I have been here once before and I found it to be a pleasant experience. I came in today with a lot of repairs needed. Lisa who works at the front desk was very understanding and worked with me to get a payment arrangement set up. She was a delight to work with. The technician had my car done in one day. The technicians are skilled and professional. If you are looking for a place that treats you honestly and kindly this is the place. The manager runs a good ship.

When you have an older car and do not know much about cars, going to a car service center can feel a lot like going to the dentist. You know something may be wrong, you know it may affect your safety, but you do not always know what is urgent, what can wait, how much it should cost, or whether you should approve a recommended service. Because of that, I usually feel very stressed and anxious when I have to take my car in. Express Tire & Auto Service was different. I brought my car in because I was concerned about my brakes and some overall issues while driving. They performed a very thorough inspection and sent me photos and videos of what they found, along with clear explanations and an online estimate where I could review each item and decide what to approve. That system was incredibly helpful. At many places, I receive information verbally and can only understand part of what is being explained, so I end up feeling pressured to approve things because I am worried about safety. I've been going to Express Tire for a decade and have always had a stellar experience. The staff is incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is as seamless and easy as possible. They're honest and fair in the work they recommend and I've never had any issues with the wish they've completed. Their free loaner cars are the cherry on the sundae and make getting work done hassle free. If I could Id give them 10 stars!

Fantastic service and communication. I have four new tires now, and the team at Express Tire loaned me a car (for free) to use while they did the work. They also spotted an oil leak and told me how to resolve it easily and quickly. I especially appreciated the whole team’s clear and attentive communication about pricing. Having done tire quality and cost research beforehand, I know got a very good deal. Thank you.

Superb service, good communication, and friendly staff (which includes the gas station across the street!) I've had a strange, possibly unfixable and hard-to-recreate issue with acceleration in my 2021 VW Tiguan. At the dealership it felt like I was never taken seriously but the folks at Express Tire actually believed me, and they did everything they could to try to recreate the problem. They replaced the intake throttle body and the battery, which definitely helped, if not permanently solved, the issue. The prices seemed fair, and they made it super easy to get set up a loaner car while they were working on my car. A day after the initial service, I felt like the acceleration issue was persisting. I called them up and was able to drive right back where they took another, closer look at it and gave me another loaner vehicle, no questions asked. Unfortunately they were unable to fully recreate the issue, but they gave it a damn good try. Turns out it might be a bit of a transmission problem, which would probably require going back to the dealership after all. In any case, the work they did at Express Tire makes the car feel safe to drive again, which is most important!
